Indian food made easy!

It is so exciting to be able to create a cuisine that you would normally get from restaurants easily done in your kitchen. I love onion bhajis and to be able to make it without too much mess is brilliant. Thanks Turban Chopsticks for bringing Indian cuisine into my everyday kitchen.
